How is the virtual consultation conducted?
Virtual consultations are conducted via Google Meet.
What is the payment method?
We offer PayPal as the payment method for booking an appointment.
Can I request an in-person medical consultation?
Yes, if you are traveling to Argentina.
Do you provide follow-up after the consultation?
Follow-up for each patient’s consultation is arranged by scheduling another appointment, depending on the specific case and the frequency indicated by the doctor.
How should I prepare for the medical consultation?
It’s important to consider the following: good lighting, a private and quiet environment, clearly state the reason for the consultation, prepare any questions you wish to ask, have previous medical studies ready, and have paper and pen at hand. This will help the professional provide you with better care.
Can this service be used from outside Argentina?
Yes, consultations can be conducted from anywhere in the world. We can hold the consultation in both Spanish and English. You should have a PC or mobile device with an internet connection.
What types of consultations can I have?

What happens if I cannot attend a scheduled appointment?
You have the option to reschedule the consultation once. Otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
Can the doctor prescribe medications?
If you are in Argentina, yes. Outside of Argentina, prescriptions are not provided due to varying regulations in each country.
How do I receive medical instructions?
After the video consultation, you will receive an email with access to your medical instructions. You can also download them from your account by accessing your previous consultations. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see the email.
